• Develop the production plans for the plant by balancing gross requirements against available capacity and lead times to become the basis for the plant financial operating goals • Manage the Plant Planning department day-to-day operations including building and reviewing monthly production schedules to support product forecast, product sales, and finished goods position relative to desired safety stock levels • Comprehensively assess demand parameters to locate and resolve supply flow restrictions and refine operations to maximize product availability • Serve as the Supply Chain liaison between the plant as a third-party manufacturer and its customers • Coordinate with functional groups such as Purchasing, Validations, Manufacturing, Batch Release, and Global Planning to ensure new product/process introduction is seamless • Create and communicate WIP inventory position and performance reports to stakeholders • Responsible for hiring, training, evaluation, and developing staff

• Management of liquid manufacturing operations to support production volumes • Provide validation support of new product launches and new equipment validations • Liquid manufacturing scheduling for a three shift operation • Provide graphical information to packaging department regarding weekly line production versus demonstrated capacity

• Management of sterile filling operations (Class 100 Cleanrooms) to support production volumes • Responsible for line changeover efficiencies (product, size, parts)
