For the last nine years, I have represented foreign and domestic air carriers, terminal operators and other entities in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey, where I have handled all aspects of civil litigation including conducting and defending depositions, writing motions, negotiating settlements, and appearing in hearings, trials and alternative dispute resolution. I have counseled clients on compliance with federal regulations and administrative proceedings, and have experience with commercial transactions, employment and labor matters, and electronic discovery issues. I am a member of the ABA Forum on Air and Space Law and have served as the associate editor of the ABA Tort and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Aviation and Space Law Newsletter and as a member of the Sex and the Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
