Relentlessly driving impact to the bottom and top line through Supplier Performance Development and innovative Negotiation approach. Responsible for driving compliance, contract execution, and risk management.

Responsible for driving the highest supplier quality standards for products by proactively using Quality Planning tools such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Process Control Plans, and Process Capability. Responsible for ensuring that procured components meet quality standards and specifications required to minimize quality costs and to maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to.

Responsible for ensuring that our production processes and related equipment were running reliably and effectively. Maintained master validation plans & executed all validation activity (IQ, OQ, & PQ).

Responsible for the overall site development and use of Danaher Business Systems in daily management. Provided a structured learning environment for the site to continue to develop and grow capabilities in DBS to drive strategic initiatives. Acted as a facilitator & coach for the site and coordinated resources for DBS related activities. Hosted policy deployment for site level; planned and initiated activities for annual process improvement activities.

Responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple supply chain functions. Played an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation.
