I am a self starter, business oriented, determined, goal oriented, efficient and ambitious. My experience within every organisation I have been fortunate to have been found in shows through in past, current as well as future endeavours. My ability to communicate on all levels as well as understand the socio-economic dynamic comes as an advantage within the HR/ IR environment. Working well under pressure, whether leading a team, forming part of a team or independently is an added advantage. I encourage or even require challenging exercises, finding a particular inclination toward implementation as well as change management. That being said I do not bore easily and will always find a project/ process to focus on and further align to the objectives of the organisation.
