Directed Nurse and Allied Operations by leading a team of nine executives and more than 750 employees who delivered talent to meet the needs of healthcare clients nationally. Supported the performance of branch operations, working with the President to oversee department performance and manage direct report supervisors and managers. Participated in the acquisition of the Mediscan and Advantage On Call. * Positioned the organization as the largest provider of per diem staffing in the nation. * Credited with building and executing a Mega-Branch strategy, building super branches with over $10M in annual revenue. * Expanded Allied Health footprint nationally.

Effectively managed branch operations, ensuring the achievement of targets for business development, revenue growth, client relationship management, and more. * Led operations including but not limited to onboarding, credentialing, compliance, Joint Commission Certification, business planning and execution, internal and external communications with healthcare professionals, clients and staff.

Effectively managed travel nurse and allied health operations and integration with local offices, onboarding, credentialing, compliance and payroll while overseeing the performance of supervisors and managers. Exercised full P&L accountability. * Led ATS technology integration between travel and local staffing. Reviewed expenses for Per Diem and Travel to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. * Participated in due diligence leading up to the sale of the company to Cross Country Healthcare.

Reported directly to the CEO. Managed the national OneSource Managed Services Program portfolio, with a focus on lowering costs, improving revenue, and leading overall change management. Responsible for the performance of a team of supervisors and managers. * Focused on improving client relations and delivery of services across nurse and allied health (per diem, contract and travel). * Improved MSP capture rate from 60% to 82% and fulfillment rate above 95%.

Reported directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Directed a team of 18 supervisors and managers responsible for maintaining compliance with quality standards for all areas of operations. Orchestrated and executed policies, procedures, systems, and training impacting 1000 employees and 9000 healthcare professionals. * Tracked and reported compliance with internal and external standards and requirements, including Joint Commission standards.
