I founded AlbConnect as a digital business group focused on building and managing innovative online platforms in Albania. SuperPuna.al - a recruitment and employment platform that connects businesses with job seekers in a fast, professional, and affordable way. We also offer a range of digital services, including: translation, digital assistance, marketing support, social media management, and business consulting. AlbConnect aims to be the bridge between technology and business in Albania, by providing integrated and practical solutions for the local market. Our focus is to expand our impact in the Albanian market and beyond, by delivering platforms that combine efficiency, quality user experience, and modern technology. As CEO, I lead the overall vision, business strategy, operations, partnerships, and product development across all our projects. I work closely with my team to ensure concrete impact, quality, and sustainable growth in every direction. I strongly believe in leadership based on integrity, open collaboration, and real solutions that create measurable value. Very soon, we will be launching additional digital platforms designed to meet the evolving needs of the Albanian market. I am the founder and leader of SuperPuna.al, a job and recruitment platform built for the Albanian market. My focus is on strategy, platform growth, digital employer services, and enhancing user experience. Alongside me, our General Manager Marinela plays a key leadership role managing day-to-day operations while also contributing to the strategic development of our services. Her dedication, structured leadership, and clear vision make her and her team essential to the platform’s reputation, performance, and long-term impact. I’m proud of our collaboration and of the fact that she is a core figure in shaping the professional identity of SuperPuna.al.

Prepared monthly financial reports, assisted in budgeting processes, and ensured compliance with local tax regulations. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis. Gained hands-on experience in financial systems, internal controls, and reporting accuracy.
