Worked as a Technical Recruiter placing top IT talent in the Piedmont. Primary English Homeroom teacher responsible for English, Math and Science subjects for a homeroom P3 class of 31 nonnative speakers. Structured original curriculum under school guidelines for all subjects and implemented special projects meant to enhance key language skills. Responsible for all in-class duties such as after school care, parent conferences, field trips and weekend seminars.

English as a Second Language Instructor for reading, writing and speech to students learning in a bilingual program. Responsible for four classes ranging from P3-P5, all original lesson plans, teaching materials and special projects like my personal weekly English Club. Coordinated school wide activities such as English Fun week and English Spelling Bee.

Received TESOL certification after 3 week intensive training course in Phuket, Thailand. Instruction included multiple in-class practices under the guidance of ESL professionals as well as a cultural immersion seminar to prepare teachers for dealing with a new work environment with diplomacy and tact.
