Marion Zammit

I am a scientist and MBA-qualified executive with a career spanning life sciences, MedTech, pharma, manufacturing, and national economic development. My work has consistently sat at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership in highly regulated and complex environments. I currently serve as General Manager of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, where I lead operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. Alongside this, I bring eight years of experience in economic development, having directed Malta’s Foreign Direct Investment strategy and worked closely with international CEOs, founders, investors, and government stakeholders on market entry, expansion, and execution. Across both public and private sector roles, I have supported organisations through moments of growth, transition, and increased visibility — where decisions carry weight, coordination is complex, and credibility matters. A core strength of my work is turning strategy into execution, often involving multi-stakeholder alignment, operational set-up, and navigation of public support and funding frameworks. In parallel with my executive career, I founded Styled by Marion, a boutique consultancy focused on leadership presence and executive credibility. This work reflects my belief that leadership is not only strategic, but embodied — shaped by how leaders communicate, carry authority, and show up in high-stakes environments. Image, behaviour, and clarity are not superficial considerations; they are signals that influence trust, confidence, and decision-making. Today, I partner with founders, senior leaders, and organisations — particularly within life sciences and regulated sectors — through advisory engagements, executive presence work, and targeted workshops. I am also preparing for Non-Executive Director roles, bringing together scientific literacy, operational leadership, governance awareness, and a distinctive focus on people, communication, and presence. What drives my work is enabling organisations and leaders to grow with purpose, precision, and influence — while remaining aligned, credible, and effective in the rooms that matter.
