Data analytics and technology advances in learning platforms enabled me to introduce the digital intelligent learning platform to SPJain. I developed cross campus student resilient strategies as students migrated globally to multi-cultural campuses in Sydney, Singapore, Dubai and Mumbai. I disrupted the traditional higher education model, challenging staff and students with innovative ways to approach learning.

1999-2001 Masters Program Abroad, Brunei

I taught company accounting, financial analysis and finance to the first cohort of the Executive Masters Program

I was inaugural Director of TLI, disrupting the traditional higher education model by creating personalised designer learning outcomes. I had a brilliant team of Learning Designers and Corporate Educators co-creating innovative programs for corporate clients and students. At the time, this was a newer concept for higher education because it put the student as client and designed learning materials for student outcomes, success and engagement. Very different from the old university model of Professor on the podium imparting specialised knowledge.
