Investor Relations Director, in charge of the Benelux market

 Responsible of the Benelux investors: fundraising, relationship management and co-investment syndication  Contribution to all fundraising, of which: Ardian Secondary VIII ($19bn), Ardian Buyout VII (€7.5bn) and Ardian Infrastructure V (€6.1bn)  Management and development of relationships with various types of institutional investors: insurance companies, pension funds, private banks, wealth managers, etc.  Creation of ad hoc reporting in coordination with the ESG and Fund Finance teams  From 2017 to 2020: also in charge of the Nordics investors  Active member of Ardian Women Club, whose goal is to highlight the voice of women in the private equity industry (conferences, workshops, coaching, events)

 Responsible of the UK institutional investors and consultants: fundraising, relationship management and co-investment syndication  Contribution to all fundraising: Secondaries, Buyout, Expansion, Co-Investment, Infrastructure, Private Debt and Real Estate  Collaborative work with sales people in other offices, to cover international investors being based in London (sovereign wealth funds, Canadian pension funds, etc.)  Ardian Head of Investor Relations’ right-hand person for some transversal topics related to the Investor Relations department

 Centralization and treatment of the clients’ requests  Production of customized transversal reporting for investors (historical cash-flows, forecasts, portfolio diversification, consolidated performances, investment simulations, benchmark)  Support of the sales team in the investors’ due diligence process  Data analysis related to Ardian client base (AuM, fundraising memo, marketing presentation)

 Advising private equity funds in their due diligences (data room)  Specific mission in the French Venture Capital Association AFIC (“Association Française des Investisseurs en Capital”) -- Auditing the database and the data analysis

 Drafting sell side / buy side pitches & Information Memorandums  Screening and reviewing various sectors and companies
