💼 Working Experience: - Focus on asset preservation within the refinery. - Responsible for maintaining technical knowledge of rotating equipment across various systems in the refinery. - Organize and coordinate machine overhauls, ensuring alignment with operational schedules, safety standards and overall costs. - Oversee and manage the technical support contract with manufacturers during machine overhauls and sector shutdowns. - Review, evaluate, and analyze service proposals from third-party service providers and suppliers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and reliability of machinery during shutdown and maintenance phases. 📜 Safety Formations: - ATEX training; - Seveso training; - First aid training; - Working at heights training; - Confined space work training.

Curricular internship conducted in partnership with GALP and also worked as part of the rotating equipment team, where I gained experience on: - Accessing equipment reliability; - Defining and implementing an efficient predictive maintenance strategy (vibration analysis, thermography, condition-based lubrication, lubricating oil analysis); - Defining/improving preventive maintenance strategies (activities and frequency);

Worked during the summer vacations as a mechanic’s assistant at various industrial sites across Portugal (2018-2023), including refineries, thermoelectric plants, and paper mills, gaining hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, hydraulic and chemical circuit flushing, hydroblasting, hydrodemolition, and high-pressure operations.

With specialization in Production and master’s thesis completed in partnership with GALP, titled “Switchover Frequency Maintenance Program Enhancement for Centrifugal Pump Systems – Case Study at Galp’s Refinery.”
