- Responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) activities for models of Hyundai Elantra, Hyundai Accent and Cherry Arrizo. - Conduct supplier audits and process evaluations to ensure compliance with company quality standards. - Manage and follow up on supplier quality issues, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Localization, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering) to support new model launches and continuous improvement. - Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. - Support problem-solving and ensure smooth supply chain quality for production readiness.

- Assist in the development of inspection and sampling techniques, quality control plans or process control procedures at assembly shop for both assembly projects (Mercedes-Benz vehicle & EXEED vehicle) - Create quality information study for all new projects - Perform routine on-line audits as per VDA6.3 standards. - Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams. - Supervise the quality control team whether juniors or seniors to make sure the work process is executed. - Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization. - Visit customers and suppliers, when necessary, to confer on specific quality problems. - Training other Inspectors on processes as needed. - Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

- Supervise and supporting function of the Quality Team in the Assembly Shop according to the Mercedes-Benz requirements. - Monitoring process and improvement activities at Assembly Shop to minimize in-process defect. - Ensure achieving the quality standards for Brake Disk product at Brake Disk Machining section. - Dealing with Coordinate-Measuring Machine (CMM). - Create and modify FMEA and Control Plans for new projects. - Manage, lead and motivate a multi-skilled technicians group in an empowered team-based environment.

- Innovate counter measures to level-up quality status at SMT Manufacturing. - Monitoring process and improvement activates to minimize in-process defect. - Manage, lead and motivate a multi-skilled technicians group in an empowered team-based environment. - Daily, weekly and monthly analysis and reporting for achieving the plants KPIs and the department performance measures. - Prepare and present trainings for all operators and technicians in my department.

- Reliability Maintenance for electrical and mechanical breakdowns in production lines for SMT manufacturing. - Monitor the execution of the preventive maintenance plan - Regularly updating the maintenance plan according to the machine condition and history. - Dealing with KUKA Robot. - Dealing with various types of smart manufacturing machines. - Ensuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables.

_ Emergency reactivates maintenance for all control and power breakdowns in machines and productions lines. _ Dealing with various types of inverters and PLCs. _ Making necessary modifications on machines to get better performance.
