I spent all my professional career in the Industrial Adhesive field: I started in 1979 as an R&D Chemist - Industrial Adhesives. Along the years, I progressed towards to higher responsability jobs, like: Technical Supervisor - Industrial Adhesives; Regional Technical Manager_Southern Europe - Industrial Adhesives; Market Development Manager_South Europe - Bookbinding Adhesives; European Technical Service Manager - Bookbinding Adhesives. Then, after 35 years spent in technical roles, I moved into technical-sales roles, still for Adhesives for Bookbinding as Business Development Manager before and as Key Account Manager later. Proven strong drive for results across high levels of complexity and cultures. My best satisfaction is to get customers delighted. I am very happy whenever the technical solutions I provide to customers meet and exceed their expectations. Specialties: Although I am competent in various market segments within Industrial Adhesives, since 1998 I have mainly worked for the Bookbinding market, so that my competence and knowledge is maximized for adhesives, applications and requirements in such adhesive market segment. Customers and Machine Accounts very much appreciate the expertise that I bring to them. My deep knowledge of the machines, substrates, market requirements, adds a higher dimension to my overall service to customers.
