About
I’m an engineer who never grew out of the habit of taking things apart—fortunately, I eventually learned how to put them back together, which turned into a career in analog, mixed-signal, and semiconductor inspection systems Over the years I’ve worked on everything from PLLs and RF front ends to automotive-grade mixed-signal devices and, most recently, KLA’s inspection and metrology subsystems. My day-to-day usually involves connecting the dots between optics, mechanics, algorithms, and hardware teams—basically making sure all the smart people are building toward the same thing and that the system behaves when it finally touches silicon I enjoy the messy parts of engineering: weird corner cases, simulation that disagrees with silicon, and design reviews where someone says, “Wait… why does it do that?” I also like mentoring engineers and simplifying workflows, mostly because I’ve been on the receiving end of complicated ones Outside of work, you’ll usually find me tinkering with test gear I promised myself I wouldn’t modify, searching for a coffee shop that won’t judge me for bringing a laptop covered in stickers, or convincing friends that yes, semiconductor inspection is actually interesting
