Project Manager - Lusail Car Parks - Doha • Overlooking all engineering works related to the landscape discipline including. • Managing landscape design and plants selection related issues in parallel with the Client’s requirements. • Monitoring all the horticultural related subjects including plants protection, soil – plant relationship, water – plant relationship, covering all the physical and chemical required laboratory tests needed for the best plants outcome. • Excessive knowledge of the QCS 2010/2014 landscape related sections. • Managing the overseas plants procurement process with close guidance of the Client Representative to the major European and Asian plants nurseries and producers, including necessary nurseries visits and inspection of plants selections as per the Project Specifications and Client’s requirement. • Complete knowledge and understanding of the plants overseas shipment and clearance process. • Establishing and Managing the Site Plants Nursery including plants preparation and deliveries schedule as per the site progress and requirement. • Overlooking and monitoring the Shrubs and Ground Covers production process to ensure the project and plants specification requirements. • Meeting on weekly basis with the Client Representative to cover all landscape related subjects and concerns. • Managing all landscape maintenance subjects including the selection of plants protection related material such as fertilizers and pesticides needed for the best horticultural practices. • Managing all landscape maintenance equipment with knowledge of the latest technologies related to landscape maintenance practices. • Complete acquaintance with plants protection material such as soil and foliar applied fertilizers, and chemicals. • High Knowledge and experience with plants species adapted to the Gulf Region.
