* As a part of Technical Account Managenent team I was responsable for the BQ devices homologation with national carriers: Orange and Vodafone. Main functions: * Homologation process follow Up. * Portfolio meetings and E2E product schedule definition. * Technical Contact window for Orange and Vodafone carriers. * Ensure that Carrier requirements are meet. * Cooperation with product development teams: Firmware, Hardware, Mechanical, ID and product managers with the aim of achieving carriers quality acceptance criteria. * Certifications definition

* MSIP member as a part of Managed services for Yoigo Carrier. * Responsible for keeping a great network KPI Values: SLA definition and Cell availability follow up. * Action plans leader for streams with influence in network KPI degradation. * Contact window and leader for operational teams: Back office, Front Office, Optimization and FLM. * Ticketing follow up and SLA compliance.

* As a part of Product development area in BQ, I work as a RF & connectivity Product Manager. Main duties: * RF and connectivity specs definition for Mobile devices and Tablets. * Responsible for new RF & Connectivity technologies development such as NFC, Carrier aggregation, TDD, VoLTE/VoWIFI (IMS), Dual SIM feature and MIMO WIFI. * Connectivity Quality acceptance criteria definition with the aim of providing a high level of customer satisfaction: Test plan definition and thresholds criteria. * Internal workflows optimization. * Full control areas: Cellular bands, Bluetooth, WIFI connectivity, NFC, GNSS and Firmware features with connectivity aims. * Continuous Issues follow up, risk assessments analysis. * Interface for the rest of teams involved in RF topics: Firmware, Hardware, Mechanical, ID, Quality assurance, After Sales and Customer support teams.

* Being the Head of Networking and connectivity area, my main responsabilities are: * CPEs, Mesh routers and connectivity devices portfolio definition as well as the whole specs and features to be supported. * Suppliers and manufacturing plants analysis and decision. * Product leader from the initial project briefings until mass production. * Whole Product plan controller: Development, schedule and costs controller * Full end to end activity coordinator for the whole technical teams involved in Networking products development: Mechanical, ID design, Hardware, Software, Product managers, Quality teams and production teams. * Main contact window for final customers as well as BQ suppliers

* Supervisió * n y mantenimiento de transmisió * n de fibra ó * ptica por AVE y METRO de Madrid para el cliente Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN). Manejo de gestor TNMS, Netviewer y ASPEN. Trabajo con varios equipos de TX de Siemens, entre los que se encuentran los modelos SMA1K, SMA1KCP, 7025, 7070, Flexipackets (A2200), DWDM, Switch Juniper (MX420), routers de gestió * n CISCO y Teldat y equipos de sincronismo Sysmetricom.

* Desarrollo mi actividad laboral y formativa dentro del grupo Sistemas de monitorizació * n del Servicio, dentro del departamento de O&M Core. Manejo de herramientas que permiten la supervisió * n y control de calidad de la red, tanto para 2G como para 3G en servicios tanto de voz como datos. Colaboro en varios proyectos de grupo, entre los que se encuentran la monitorizació * n mediante sondas activas y pasivas (Geoprobe y SITE), sistema de estadí * sticas centralizado (SECOR) y por ú * ltimo, participo en el proyecto NetBackup.
