H.B. Maynard (now Accenture) provides engineering labor standards across various industries including retail and manufacturing to help companies align staffing with job requirements. As a staff consultant, I worked for various manufacturing and retail customer to design labor standards for various activities. These labor standards could then be used to help customers ensure that they had the proper staffing levels of employees to reach desired outputs. Along with developing labor standards, I also went to customer sites to validate the standards to ensure accuracy.

As an account manager, i worked with both SMB and Enterprise accounts to provide contract and contract to hire technical resources for staff augmentation. Working with my clients, I identified the skill sets necessary to assist with projects and well as to fill temporary staffing gaps. I would then align the required skill sets with the talents our our existing consulting pool to place contract employees onsite with these clients.

We've made our mark with the industry's leading backup product, Simpana software. Our singular platform provides customers the ability to protect, archive, and index data, all within a single virtual repository. From that repository we can provide reporting on the data, as well as make it available for search and for eDiscovery. As an Enterprise account manager, I both support an existing customer base in western Pennsylvania as well as work to expand the Commvault footprint in the territory. With my background being in storage, I’m well positioned to understand the challenges that organizations face with expanding storage requirements and cost, along with future initiatives related to information management. With this knowledge, my team and I design and architect solutions to align with our customers strategy and vision for data and information management.
