As the manager of the AMR Zone at LA09（experienced with Hairou and Geek+), I oversee the full cycle of inbound and outbound warehouse operations in a fully automated environment. At this point in my career, I was selected to manage air and ocean import operations which included customs clearance, container handling, warehousing and billing for more than 50 accounts. I was also applauded for fixing intricate cargo issues and maintaining compliance. My other responsibilities and accomplishments entailed: • Lowered supply chain lead times by 15% tied to improved supplier communication and process enhancements. • Created and launched a delivery truck booking program for Amazon warehouses adding $8,000+ per month. • Directed operational teams, monitored overtime, and introduced incentive programs to augment morale. • Oversaw launch of the US office alongside management; defined KPIs, aided recruiting, distribution of duties.
