Direct all International, Federal and State & Local tax planning for Cardinal Health. Hold primary responsibility for world wide effective tax rate of Cardinal Health. Provide tax consultation and advice to Cardinal functional business organizations, strategic business partners and corporate centers regarding major issues/opportunities such as tax optimization of supply chain, tax optimized business strategies, new ventures and corporate restructuring.

Accountable for Cardinal Health’s $2B Indirect Spend. Provided overall leadership for indirect spend categories including; IT, Transportation, HR, Services, Legal, Travel, and Facilties.
