About

My kid thinks I cure giraffes’ brains. I do not (yet). But I do help policymakers, regulators, and energy actors make sense of the human, legal, and institutional fault lines of the energy transition—before they turn into political backlash, loss of trust, or systemic failure. I work at the intersection of energy justice, consumer rights, digitalisation, and market governance, helping organisations move from technically sound solutions to policies that actually work in the real world: enforceable, legitimate, and resilient. Over the past 15+ years, I have advised EU institutions, national governments, cities, regulators, industry bodies, and NGOs on issues ranging from tariff design and consumer protection to digital energy systems, access to justice, and vulnerability in times of crisis. My work focuses on one core question: how to design energy policies and markets that people can live with—and trust. If you are navigating complex energy or climate policy challenges and need a strategic advisor who can translate technical and scientific expertise into credible policy choices, institutional safeguards, and public legitimacy, we should talk. I also host Energ’Ethic, a podcast where I speak with people shaping the energy transition from the inside—policy, markets, cities, technology, and civil society. It is where systems meet lived experience. Ways we can work together Strategic advisory on energy policy, regulation, and consumer-facing reforms Trust, legitimacy, and risk diagnostics for energy markets and transition strategies Speaking & moderation on energy justice, digitalisation, and the social viability of the transition If you are looking for a thought partner who combines policy depth, legal awareness, and a strong grasp of social realities, let us connect.
