Leading Passengers service, gate and immigration Agents at Air France in JFK Airport - New York. Handling processes coordination of 5 long haul Internationals flights per day. Daily tasks: Leading Briefings, preparing flights, in charge of Check in, Boarding and Immigration areas.

Organizing and supervising Corporate and Private Events from 10 – 600 guests. Activities included: Managing corporate enquiries from initial conduct through to booking, invoicing and coordination of events. Working with the Event Manager and Operational teams to ensure they are accurately informed with detailed set up and operation instructions for each event. Occasionally assisting with the operation and delivery of the event. Developed and implement new sales offers (ex: Weeding).

Operating in a 5* hotel for VIP guests in Kuala Lumpur. To insure a high quality service according to Starwood standards. Activities included: Reception, concierge, check VIPs’ rooms, training new employees on Starwood vision and values on reception duties, checking in/out, enquiries, complaints. Hostess to VIP guests.

Operating a Disney resort front desk, to insure including cash handling, data reporting, guest recovery and holiday planning, alongside venues across central Orlando. Activities included: Greeting guests to the hotels. Full hotel reception duties, checking in/out, enquiries and complains. Upholding brand expectations and responsibilities – ‘The Disney Basics’.
