- Full ownership of the recruiting process for business positions in the LATAM, U.S and Europe - Partnering with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs - Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process - Leading special Talent Acquisition projects and participle actively in process improvement efforts - Helping in implementing an Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants

- Leading the Brazil recruitment strategy including end-to-end search on actives roles (tech and non-tech), employer branding, recruitment campaign, talent planning and onboarding. - Internship Program for Brazil. - Managing the recruitment lifecycle: phone screens, shortlists of candidates, conduct and lead the interview process, manage debriefs discussions and offer processes. - Advising hiring managers on full-cycle recruitment, collaborate on job details, and advise on effective candidate assessment. - Working closely with Client Groups and HRBP’s in order to proactively develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. - Using a variety of sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool – both now and for the future - Managing the candidate's journey ensuring a strong candidate experience at all stages of the process. - Leading special Talent Acquisition projects and participle actively in process improvement efforts

- Conducting recruitment and selection processes for middle and senior management professionals for Sales, Marketing & Digital positions; - Business Development activities; - Building candidate sourcing and closing strategies; - Definition of profiles with clients, through the establishment of search strategies, market mapping, screening of professionals, interviews based on competences and professional history; - Elaboration of reports, follow-ups and feedbacks; - Competency-based assessments and interviews; - Consultative and commercial contact with clients for process management; - Managing of vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, diversity, and quality of hire - Customized market mapping according to the segment and specific needs of customers; - Market analysis to identify potential customers and candidates.

- Supervisor of other employees during the shift, ensuring adherence to all company rules and policies. - Performance supervision, selection, and training of new employees in different tasks. - Preparation of various drinks, general cleaning, cash register operation, and other opening and closing tasks. - Audience control at peak times, conducting quick and effective customer service. - Holder of several “Employee of the Month” awards for outstanding customer service.
