Marina Araújo
Shopper Strategy & Market Insights Manager @ Red Bull
About
I'm a strategy-driven professional with solid experience in building brands, portfolios, and growth strategies in highly competitive consumer goods categories. My career started at Suzano, where I joined in 2018 during the start-up phase of the Consumer Goods Business Unit. I was directly involved in structuring and scaling the business, working across portfolio strategy, innovation pipelines, and consumer and market understanding. Throughout this journey, I led and contributed to cross-functional initiatives that connected marketing, trade, sales, and finance, and supported the company’s path to category leadership in Brazil. At Red Bull, my role is focused on shopper strategy and market insights, with an emphasis on channel dynamics, price and portfolio architecture, and shopper behavior. My work aims to support commercial teams with clear, actionable insights that help drive better decisions and sustainable growth.
