I have bachelor's degree in biotechnology from faculty of Agriculture , Ain shams university (class 2022) -Results-driven biotechnology with in-depth knowledge of biology, biochemistry and molecular biology. Background study of the genetic and physical properties of cells and organisms. Experience in analytical chemistry. Proficient in the operations of highly specialized laboratory equipment - I have had training in: Nanotechnology in Nanofab Technology Summer Internship Conducted (Biotechnology) “FAO Model” - Molecular Laboratory (DNA and Protein Extraction, PCR, ETC) at Agricultural Institute for Genetic Engineering Research (AGERl) - Completed Successful practical training course "Laboratory Analysis". -My graduation project was about the ability of a probiotic lactic acid bacteria to ferment broken Egyptian rice milk and produce rice-based yogurt. This research was published in the Annals of Agricultural Sciences

Analyzing water samples to determine the overall microbial count, which includes yeast and mold, coliform, E. coli, pseudomonas, and enterococcus using filtration membranes. Identification of microorganisms using catalase and oxidase tests, along with microscopic examination. Prepare and sterilize media, reagents, and equipment for experiments and testing procedures. My duties extend beyond testing, as I also perform a bromate test and calibrate laboratory equipment. Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, data, and results in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulatory guidelines.
