• Mainly focusing on hospitality projects (boutique, resorts & business hotels), plus on retail and office projects. Involved in the conceptual phase and FF&E selection • Understanding and interpreting the client brief to develop concepts for projects • Developing the FF&E concept ensuring it relates to the broader interior and exterior design • Selecting furniture, materials and finishes and creating engaging and outstanding client presentations • Briefing and managing production of bespoke items • Producing accurate specification documents including all necessary information • Liaising with the client and factory to ensure materials selected are compliant and meet the client’s brief • Working closely with FF&E buyers to ensure the project procurement stays on time and in budget • Leading and mentoring junior team members, monitoring work and output – ensuring company quality is maintained at all times • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, factories and client teams • Keeping current with industry trends and developments and any technical developments • Attending industry fairs to source new suppliers and expand the FF&E library

• Leading and supervising the design department. Developing the presentation and drawing standards for retail and developer projects in accordance with local needs and international standards. Developing the design team’s skill-set and training them on products’ software • Attending international training sessions, conferences and promotional events of our brands and updating the sales, design and marketing teams • Product management of Rimadesio furniture brand, adaptation to the Chinese market. Order processing. Communicating updates from the brand to all relevant teams • Showroom design and construction project management. Selection of products to display and promote in Shanghai and Hangzhou showrooms • Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional events and activities • Managing the company’s office renovation projects, coordinating the architecture and construction companies, liaising with suppliers, scheduling and budgeting

• Showroom consultation for clients • FF&E service for renovation or new design of the interiors of mainly residential projects • Decoration and furnishing of mainly private residentials, serviced apartments and developers’ mock-up projects • Leading the set up and decoration of photo-shootings for magazines, promotional events and other marketing material

• Management and organization of the design department. Architectural design, detail drawing, client briefing, factory worksite construction supervision for modular temporary housing buildings

• Conceptual architectural design by modeling and drawing Projects: Residential, Retail, Mixed Use, Hospitality, Master-plan
