Marina Stathopoulou

Movement is life—a philosophy that has guided me throughout my journey. From my early years as a runner to discovering Pilates during my studies in Agricultural Technology, movement has always been a constant for me. After completing my degree, I pursued a career in Pilates and have been teaching ever since. I love the precision, harmony, balance, and efficiency that Pilates offers. I hold a BASI Pilates Comprehensive Certification, and over the past seven years of teaching the method, I have grown through various seminars and workshops. My passion for exploration extended beyond the studio, leading me on a one-year bicycle journey across Europe and Morocco. Along the way, I connected with the global Pilates community, visited studios, and embraced new perspectives on movement. Now, I’m dedicated to sharing the transformative power of Pilates with my students, helping them explore their limits, embrace change, and heal through movement.
