Greet and help guests with any questions. Help guests find the best product for what they’re asking for. Pack orders, trade in consoles, handle valuable merchandise, keep store clean and tidy. Count the safe and close/ open the store correctly.

Greet and brief guests on the escape room that they would be playing. Watch and give hints to the guests to help the game run smoothly. Reset all rooms in a timely fashion. Made sure everything was set up the correct way and was presentable. Clean the shop thoroughly and close it correctly for the night.

Serve customers and make sure they have an enjoyable experience. Run out food and serve customers in a timely manner. Clean and set up tables quickly for new customers.

Stock shelves and make sure the store is clean. Occasionally help customers with art supplies and answer any questions they have.
