About

I have spent most of my career in procurement, first in the consumer electronics industry with Nokia and Advanced Micro Devices and latterly within FMCG. I joined Unilever in 2009 in a role that involved leading indirect procurement in Switzerland. Following three more procurement roles with the company, I have recently taken on a new challenge as VP for Supply Chain in Philippines. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in many different countries including not just Switzerland and Philippines but also Finland, UK, USA, Italy, Ireland, Singapore and Dubai. This has strengthened my ability to lead cross-cultural teams, to adapt to new working environments, and to live and thrive in diverse cultures all over the globe. My current role gives me responsibility for leading Unilever’s supply chain organization in the Philippines. Through my team, I support the business by improving gross margin, product and process quality, short- and long-term planning capability, and factory capacity – all while driving service to customers and growing the business.
