Hi! I’m Marija, a Solution Analyst at Deloitte, currently supporting a project focused on assessing and enhancing data quality within Veterans Affairs (VA). My work centers on data processing, analytics, and uncovering insights that strengthen data integrity and improve operational outcomes.My passion lies in transforming complex data into clear, actionable solutions. I’m especially motivated by projects that blend technical problem-solving with real-world impact—whether that involves improving data migration processes, ensuring data accuracy, or building scalable analytics workflows.I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Computer Science, where I first developed my interest in data analytics. During my time at FSU, I gained hands-on experience as an Undergraduate Associate in the City of Tallahassee’s Technology & Innovation department, supporting data-driven decision-making and maintaining statistical records. I also held leadership roles that strengthened my communication and collaboration skills, including serving as President of Connecting Girls to STEM and participating in diversity and outreach initiatives through the Stars Alliance.Now, as I grow in my professional career, I’m excited to continue deepening my expertise in data analytics, quality, and strategy. I’m always open to connecting with others who are passionate about data, technology, and meaningful impact.
