- Lead WVI's Humanitarian Monitoring and Evaluation, Accountability and Learning and Knowledge Management team and ensure the quality and effectiveness of humanitarian programmes and adherence to WV’s humanitarian quality commitments globally; - Ensure relevant and timely technical support for the implementation of MEAL standards across humanitarian responses and programmes, including the development of resources and deployable capacity to effectively respond to emergencies; - Build innovation practices and mainstream new approaches for inclusion, environmental safeguarding, support for local partners, and building MEAL capability to use the organisation’s new impact framework and platform.

- Deployed as MEAL Manager for WVI's multi-country Ukraine Crisis Response (March - June 2022) to implement large-scale rapid needs assessments in Romania and inside Ukraine, set-up MEAL systems and processes, and recruit a full-time team. - Lead World Vision’s humanitarian MEAL (monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning) with focused support for cash and voucher based programs (CVP). - Develop new models to provide MEAL services aligned with WVI’s commitment to scale up multipurpose cash, and enhance CVP quality. - Deploy to emergency responses, fragile contexts and large cash based programmes to lead or contribute towards the set up of MEAL functions. - Build a group of deployable staff with technical and leadership skills in MEAL for CVP. - Foster relationships with external stakeholders and multi-agency networks that lead MEAL-cash functions, and collaborate on joint initiatives with other agencies and influence the direction and decisions of these groups through the profiling of WV work.

- Oversee the implementation of DRC’s global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Minimum Operating Procedures (MEL MOPs) into the country office programs; - Establish a robust Monitoring & Evaluation system to measure achievement and progress toward program goals and results; - Manage the M&E and accountability units across geographic project sites to ensure innovative approaches to assess progress and identify areas for improvement; - Maintain all Core Humanitarian Standards commitments through the ongoing review and updating of organizational accountability tools, including the Code of Conduct Response Mechanism and Beneficiary Complaints Mechanism; - Responsible for overall information management, including assessment or evaluation data, and its proper dissemination; - Manage technical support provision at field level with regards to database management, information collection and analysis, and proper use of IM tools; - Oversee analysis of country data, identify and address IM gaps, and facilitate information sharing between offices in the region; - Develop training manuals, workshops and associated activities for the capacity building of staff, community members, and local organizations; - Ensure that risks undertaken by DRC during implementation are properly assessed and mitigating measures identified, and that this information is used to inform strategy; - Actively participate and contribute to designing and reviewing Country Strategy as a member of the Senior Management Team.

- Lead writer for all concept notes and proposals, including budget development; - Maintain grants and sub-grant management system, including grant files, project and financial reporting documentation, and monitoring systems to ensure sub-grant compliance; - Manage all internal and external reporting, ensuring high-quality and timely reports meeting donor and DRC requirements; - Ensure learning from ongoing monitoring and evaluation and accountability initiatives are fed into program design and implementation; - Assist in maintaining continual quality assurance processes, including facilitating Monitoring and Evaluation Plans and overseeing implementation for each project; - Enhance project quality by facilitating Grant Opening and regular review meetings to ensure donor compliance, operation/program integration, logistics support, etc.; - Ensure DRC maintains quality accountability processes through regular monitoring of DRC programs as a partner in the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (now CHS).

- Develop proposals for Youth, I.N.C.'s youth programming targeting private and corporate foundations ranging from $300,000 to $500,000; - Coordinate fundraising initiatives and events ranging in size from small groups to conferences with over 500 attendees(event timeline, marketing materials, logistics); - Develop and maintain event budgets, including revenue tracking of in-kind donations, corporate sponsorships, and individual supporters; - Work on a two person team to oversee and manage a Young Professionals Committee of over 50 active members; - Maintain Youth, I.N.C.’s social networking platforms (Facebook/Twitter) and website; - Develop marketing tools for Youth, I.N.C. programs.
