Provide calendar management support to Sr. Global Staffing Director and by preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, catering services, and overseeing conference logistics. Schedule high volume of onsite, phone, and video conference interviews; including high level executive interviews. Provide candidate with interview information: interview schedule, directions, link to online application and Non-disclosure agreement, voluntary self-disclosure, and travel information. Record recruitment activities into applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy of tracked information. Arrange candidate travel and process expense reimbursements. Create offer letter and offer packet. Work on various projects: acquisitions, EEO audit, updated staffing training manual. Maintain and update the Immigration Public Access Files. Sign all immigration filing and letters on behalf of NetApp, Inc. Placement/removal of Labor Condition application posting notices in support of H1B filing. Post advertisements on external NetApp website in support of Labor Certification filing.
