Marieme designed and is leading the implementation of the Dalberg Talent Academy, (DTA) an excellence training program for graduate students and young professionals in Francophone Africa. DTA is preparing young Africans for the 21st-century skills needed to stay ahead of business (complex problem solving, critical thinking, cognitive flexibility, innovation, people development, emotional intelligence, teaming, decision making). She has more than fifteen years of experience in management and business development in various sectors such as the hospitality industry, logistics, and freight services, health & safety, and strategy consulting. Marième strongly believes in the importance of acquiring relationship and emotional skills at all organizational and personal levels while having a positive impact on the lives of others. She trained to become a coach with Top Team World Coaching through Beautiful Soul in 2016. Her goal is to allow everyone to be the best possible version of themselves.
