R&D activities: • Defined and implemented the strategy for hepatotoxicity testing: selection of drug list and readouts, assay development for HCS, set up the automation workflow and data analysis. • Led the R&D studies for development of stem cells derived cardiomyocytes and beating profile analysis. • Contributed to the Endocrine Disruptors test system. Other activities: • Performed the competitor analysis versus other toxicity and safety evaluation CROs. • Contributed to the company by contacting the potential customers and partners and presenting the technical aspects of the company’s product and service. • Presenting the company in several events by giving a pitch or short speech. • Analyzed the cost of goods and timeline for the projects. • Regulatory guidelines (OECD, CIPA) and IP search.

Organoids | Human liquid and tissue specimen banking | Managing samples database using Excel and REDCap | Communication with staff of different platforms (Sequencing, Histology, CGAP, drug screening), scientific leaders and clinical sites | R&D project management I worked on the development of organoid model for Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM) using patient derived samples and by optimization of a defined medium. I conducted this project through collaboration between Wellcome Sanger Institute, Cambridge Institute for Medical Research (CIMR), Mesobank and several clinical sites in UK.
