Monthly close (US GAAP & FRENCH GAAP): - BS and P&L review, - Prepare and comments reporting package to corporate, - Focus on Revenue & GM analysis. Plan and forecast - Prepare annual plan, quarterly commit & monthly forecast in coordination with operations - Comment actuals variance versus plan and forecast Statutory account - Prepare statutory books and disclosure, - Direct contact to external auditors.

- Conduct audits’ intervention in European subsidiaries: evaluation and review of financial and operational processes - IT security, audit control and testing: focus on French entity (identification of deficiencies, recommendation, implementation of corrective action plans and follow up) - Operational projects for management: Gross margin analysis, cost analysis, sales type lease review - Frame of reference: US GAAP, French GAAP, internal control on Sarbanes - Oxley

- Auditing of consolidated and statutory accounts (small and middle business to stock market firms). - Preparation and revision of group reporting (single and consolidated companies). - Review of specific technical points in order to assist customers (Impairment tests under IFRS, lease contracts…) - Internal control diagnostics: Purchases, sales, inventories, assets and human resources processes review. - Schedule, conduct and organize audits for conformity with policies and company procedures. - Prepare management letter and memorandum of synthesis.

- Business wholesale follow up (40 wholesalers, 27 M€/ year). - Reorganization of the wholesale network: benchmark and studies for the new Implementation strategy.
