AP Properties employs a full time licensed professional property manager to head up this operation. Our sales division comprises well seasoned successful Real Estate Professionals that are well respected throughout the industry by their customers, the buyers and sellers of real estate, their colleagues, and other Real Estate Professionals within many markets. Today AP Properties enjoys a successful and growing Sales, Vacation Rental and Property Management business. We are entrusted to manage over 300 properties owned by over 280 individual and corporate investor owners.
