Oversee the operations in the commercial and office portfolios, as well as the management of all associated staff. Cultivate constant communication with the clients to remain fully aware of their requirements. Monitor and analyze financial reporting to the clients, including monthly reporting, annual and semi-annual budget processes, considering the performance objectives set by the clients.

Recruit, interview, hire, train and supervise staff. Process payroll for 130 employees and manage personnel files, groupe insurance coordination, health and safety and union.

Plan, organize, lead, control and supervise the operations. Determine responsibilities in regard to operations (maintenance, snow removal, building conditions, parking, exterior signage, environmental and municipal legislation).

Supervise accounts receivable of all the properties of the Eastern Canada Portfolio. Prepare and analyze consolidated reports (percentage rent, accounts receivable and leasing). Budget and manage for the Eastern Canada Portfolio office, train Revenue Coordinators and support them in collection of rent, provide support to some areas of the human resources and training on client services as well as planning and purchase of material, equipment and furniture. Liaise with Revenue Coordinators, Property Managers, Property Accountants, Leasing personnel, Toronto Head Office personnel, tenants and suppliers. Conduct SMILE training sessions in French (client service); conduct information sessions in French in regard to some human resources programs.
