Responsible for the On-Boarding management and all projects for the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Support given to ensure a timely, competitive and compliant on-boarding process for new agents that wished to cooperate with MoneyGram. In charge of the required training in Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud and Product sale in order for new agents to begin performing transactions. In charge of providing metrics reports to Sales directors across Europe.

Review of transactions blocked by the system in order to prevent money laundering. Informing agents and representatives worldwide about EU policies and regulations on money transfers, providing assistance with inbound and outbound calls, review of legal documents, proof of funds, reporting of suspicious transactions to Compliance officer.
