* Manage the over-all operations of the human resources and administration of the coal mine project site which include personnel administration, organizational review, manpower planning and recruitment, training and employee development * benefits/salary administration * employee and community relations and welfare * records and statistics

Manage the personnel administration and recruitment activities, implementation of HR practices, policies and procedures to ensure efficient, timely and service-oriented employee and management services.

Provide the organization with the right quality and quantity of people for the right job at the right time, the first time to meet the Company’s operational requirements.

Support the Company’s employee development program through efficient implementation of the Company’s Training Plans and Programs.

Provide Management with recommendations on improvements and planning through organizational research, diagnosis or special studies, i.e., Organizational Climate, Manpower Succession Plan, Skills Inventory, Annual Turn-over Rate, Absenteeism and Over-time Rate.

Provide over-all administrative and clerical support to the Personnel Administration Department (PAD), Personnel Services Section-Forestry Group

Manage recruitment and selection activities to ensure that SMI attracts, selects and employees the right people at the right time for the right role to meet the ongoing performance and growth needs of the business.

* Contributes to the growth and profitability of GALEO by being responsible for achieving objectives for the following key result areas (KRAs) based on agreed performance standards and/or key performance indicators: * Human Resources * Safety, Health, & Environment Compliance * Reports * Leadership & Management Effectiveness * Translates corporate strategies to annual objectives of the department. * Exercises appropriated leadership and management competencies to ensure that team members under her supervision are developed, motivated and guided to perform their respective roles with excellence.
