Analysis of international regulatory requirements (EBAs and ISOs) for banking institutions and performance of Gap Analysis: Supplier Risk Management, BC/FT Risk Management, and QMS and CN Requirements; Adaptation of standard software (OneTrust) in accordance with organizations’ requirements; Survey and optimization of KYC and KYT (TOM) processes, along with reviewing procedural documentation; Requirements gathering, User Story writing, and development testing to improve clients’ internal platform for granting credit to companies; Optimization of financial statement analysis processes (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Trial Balances) using Gen AI; Development of project support documentation in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Occasional Service Provision

As a member of the ISCTE Trade and Investment Club from September 2020 to September 2022, I had the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge through regular meetings with industry professionals. During this time, I also developed my skills in conducting analysis and evaluation projects of companies in various industries. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to enhance my writing and analytical skills through the submission of a journal article, at Jornal Económico. In this particular case, I analyzed the impact of the war incident in Ukraine on European supply dependencies. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into the importance of staying up-to-date with current events and their potential impact on global trade and investment.

A two-year program, fully taught in English, that provides a highly advanced qualification in the finance field, with a major in Corporate Finance. The first semester of the program covers Investment and Corporate Finance classes. In the second semester, the focus shifts to the major, with courses such as Financial Modeling, and Analysis and Evaluation of Companies.

I am pursuing a Double Degree program that includes a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from ISCTE IUL, in Portugal, and a diploma in Investment Banking from KEDGE Business School in France. Through this program, I aim to enhance my financial knowledge and gain my first international experience. The curriculum includes courses on mergers and acquisitions, markets and financial instruments, as well as topics related to sustainability such as Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity Management. Additionally, I am spending a semester abroad, which has required me to develop my interpersonal and time management skills.

The three-year program is taught in Portuguese and covers a wide range of business areas, including marketing, finance, human resources, and accounting. Throughout the program, students engage in a mix of lectures and team projects to enhance their skills and prepare for the job market. Given that half of the degree was completed during the COVID-19 pandemic, with classes conducted online, the program served also as preparation for the new reality of remote work. The final project of the degree involved a consulting project in partnership with a real company. As I completed my bachelor's degree in 2021, the project was particularly challenging and interesting, given that the company (and the world) was still reeling from the impact of the pandemic.
