Head of Volunteers

As the Head of Volunteers at KUNE Festival, I played a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of the festival by leading and managing a team of volunteers. With my organizational and communication skills, I oversaw volunteers' recruitment, training, and scheduling, ensuring that they were placed in the most suitable roles and had a positive and fulfilling experience. Furthermore, with my colleague Vika, we played a key role in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere at the festival, fostering a sense of community and encouraging volunteers to develop lasting connections. I am passionate about promoting volunteerism and community engagement, as this position that I am undertaking at KUNE is voluntary as well. From 2021 to 2022, I co-managed "Disco Planet," a successful series of music events with a disco/house profile that brought together the Copenhagen community for nights of dancing, music, and fun.
