In this professional experience, I was responsible for the documentation of the cars sold at the Company (dealing directly with the final customer and dispatchers), documentation of the cars in stock, accounts payable, sales launch in the company's internal system, vehicle financing discharges and collection of fines and debts pending payment of vehicles. With this professional experience I was able to develop my customer relationship skills, thus improving my communication.

In this experience I was responsible for air export processes, having as main challenge the satisfaction of the client who hired the services. During this period, I dealt directly with customers and suppliers (carriers, airlines and cargo agents from different countries), I was able to bring important improvements to the air export department, increasing the level of satisfaction of the most important customers of the company. With this professional experience, I was able to further develop my communication skills and work under pressure since it was necessary to work with agility and efficiency so that the deadlines were met.

In that first professional experience, I developed a focus on the customer where I needed to create solutions or processes to delight the customer with the best resolution for the problems presented.
