About I build diagnostic tools for people in high-stakes transitions: founders scaling companies, and leaders stepping into bigger roles. Mindclip Behaviour — Authority Shift™ — A behavioural assessment grounded in Leary's interpersonal circumplex, a model validated across nearly seven decades of personality research. Built by me, with my technical team and advisors: an INSEAD professor, an INSEAD-trained executive coach, and a psychologist. It measures the gap between how leaders see themselves and how others actually experience them. How I work: I coach founders, management teams, and leaders, and run workshops on conflict resolution and strategy. The method is the same each time. We look at the behavioural data, identify what is holding the person or team back, choose what to change systematically rather than by guesswork, and follow up through the process. The goal is concrete: clearer goals, cleaner ownership of responsibilities, teams that work together more constructively, and better performance. Operator with 17 years inside organisations (chemicals, paper, minerals) leading commercial functions with €800M P&L responsibility. Angel investor in 15+ companies across RegTech, FinTech, and cybersecurity. Selectively taking board seats in defence tech, cybersecurity, and fintech where commercial rigour and ecosystem access matter more than headcount.
