• General gardening tasks and duties • Closely assisting the Head Gardener with development of 14 acres garden with historical value • Completed several planting projects • Providing a qualified consultancy to the estate owners and to less qualified members of the team

• General tasks and duties: ◦ Maintaining and developing the gardens to a high standard of horticulture ◦ Using gardening equipment and powered machinery ◦ Identifying plant pests and diseases ◦ Mowing, weeding, leaf blowing, pruning, hedge trimming ◦ Cutting and maintaining the lawns ◦ Working alone and in a team ◦ Builing relationships with garden users and visitors ◦ Following Health and Safety practices in horticulture • Assisting Head Gardener with: ◦ Community and contractor meetings ◦ Planning and strategy to help the Estate continue to enhance and improve the gardens • Other responsibilities: ◦ Writing a Garden Team Blog ◦ Assisting in coordination of Garden Shows and Events (Bedford Estates and Woburn Abbey Gardens) ◦ Involved in company social media ◦ Mentoring and training interns ◦ Beekeeping

• Managing 6-bedroom house and garden (1.5 acres) • Personal assistance to elder and disabled person • Organizing trips and events with family and friends • Managing personal correspondence (post, emails, text messages)

• Successfully implementing customer network disconnections • Data management for a wide range of internal processes including order processing, internal administration and managing hardware collection from the customer • Cooperating closely with key account teams, service teams and suppliers to effectively manage customer projects internationally • Performing new starter training

• Answering customer queries in Slovak, English and Spanish • Creating, launching and maintaining of the website • Marketing and selling of company merchandise and events • Cooperating closely with product suppliers and event organisers • Developing and implementing a new employee performance evaluation system • Successfully managing customer complaints
