• Document customer non-conformities, perform root cause analysis and track the implementation of preventive and corrective actions. • Conduct and report process capability analysis. • Update mechanical and welding processes documentation, such as operational methods, final inspection checklists, control plans and PFMEAs. • Plan, conduct and report process quality audits. • Learn GD&T, welding symbols and basic principles for both traditional and digital manufacturing drawings.

• Conduct time study analysis and balance of manufacturing work cells. • Document work instructions, checklists and visual aids. • Perform safety analysis and ergonomic evaluations. • Design fixtures, poka-yokes and work tools. • Lead continuous improvement projects: 30% downtime reduction in laser marking station.
