Mariana de Oliveira Feliciano
Fashion Coordinator @ Marisa S.A.
About
• 20 years in the Fashion industry, with a focus on Trend Research, Product Development and Creative Team Leadership. I have worked at major retail chains over the past 12 years, combining Trends, Strategy, Design and Branding to create purposeful and results-driven collections. • I led the work of different Fashion Departments, resulting in more accurate collections and designs, faster processes, greater team autonomy, and increased credibility of the Style area with partner departments. To achieve this, I implemented Trend Research methods, and workflow systems. This led to stronger alignment between the team and partner departments, and the processes were unified. • I improved the quality of the import process across different Fashion departments I worked at. I led the team in developing tech packs and organizing the product approval workflow. The new process optimized product quotations, negotiations, and approvals, while also preventing delays in shipments. • I developed Riachuelo's first women's sustainable fitness collection, using 100% sustainable fabrics. I designed products aligned with our clients demands and also the current market context. This collection paved the way for the continued use of sustainable materials in following collections, positively impacting the environment. • I created an online magazine at Pernambucanas to spread fashion, pop culture and consumer behaviour insights throughout the company. Together with the General Style Management, I developed Monthly Reports to reach all departments. Through the implementation of this publication, we disseminated and popularized cultural topics that directly impacted the fashion market. • Activewear | Sportswear | Fitness | Beachwear | Swimwear | Womenswear | Lingerie | Basics | Trend Research | Product Development | Creativity | Leadership | Innovation and Quality | Strategic Vision | Color Palette | Print Design | English | Negotiation | Adobe Photoshop | Adobe Illustrator | IA
