Technology Transfer and Productivity for north of LATAM (responsible for development and implementation of local manufacturing for new products in Colombia, Peru and Mexico)

Project management with a global focus and experience of all parallel proceedings, such as proceedings with authorities (SSA, CANIPEC, SQCM, etc..), annual budget management, search and direct contact with new suppliers for saving project implementation, proactive project management and generation of new proposals that will lead us one step ahead vs. our direct competitors. Main activities and responsibilities in the following points: • Reports directly to the VP and direction of the company. • Direct contact with suppliers to seek alternative materials and generate savings. • Chemist Responsible to the Ministry of Health. • Issuance of documents for records with the Secretary of Health for exports. • Participation in audits of the Ministry of Health to Get Export permits. • Generate and Instructional Procedures required for the Development Area. • Administration of Budget. • Research and development of new standards for Personal Care (Skin Care and Hair Care). • Proactive project management. • Implementation of pilot plant for small scaling tests and Standard manufacturing bases. • Administration and management of laboratory personnel. • Supply and maintenance of supplies and equipment. • Coordination and maintenance of Raw Materials and Fragrance Collection used in all projects. • Program Management and Control for validation, qualification, calibration and verification of the teams involved in process stability. • Reviews weekly Business Assistants projects with Marketing and Ops group. • Database Management Materials, Raw Materials, Bulk, Oils, Perfumes. • CEP Management filing periodic statistics. • Administration Management SAP system, LIMS, Sharepoints, Enginuity and Knowledge Portal. • Build and maintain an electronic database Assurance Quality and sessions coordinated review of the various problems.

Experience in manufacturing cosmetics, criteria for acceptance or rejection of bulks, leadership and knowledge in the supervision and training of manufacturing personnel to make adjustments on site Development of products for different clients through the application of perfumes in different bases evaluating olfactory characteristics and physicochemical with 100% compliance processes stability. R&D is in charge of New Formulations, transfers technologies and implementations for Revlon Professional. Responsible for manufacturing processes early training staff. QC Support for selection and approval of suppliers.

Locating the company as a company that meets and exceeds international standards, obtaining an operation controlled and with the required level of profitability. With the following responsibilities: Structuring procedures manuals for complete coordination of the draft Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP's) Review and approval of Artworks Process and proceedings with the Ministery of Health to obtain export licenses, export of books for sale, GMP certificates. Steps taken several physical and chemical analysis of bulk product Sampling and analysis of Raw Material Participation in constant training of different levels of the company focused on the GMP's.
