Responsible for supporting and strengthening relationships with carriers through continuous and effective communication, ensuring alignment and balance between carriers and internal teams. Actively sourcing and onboarding new carriers in line with operational requirements, applying creative strategies to attract operators and build long-term partnerships.

Participé en la elaboración de las preguntas para las entrevistas, así como en su implementación en campo, abordando a personas migrantes que en ese momento trabajaban en el Mesón Estrella. Asimismo, colaboré en la elaboración de la cartografía emocional, cuyo objetivo es visibilizar la presencia de la comunidad migrante en el mesón y las dificultades que enfrentan durante su trayecto, destacando las experiencias emocionales derivadas del proceso migratorio. I participated in the development of interview questions and their implementation in the field, engaging with migrant individuals who were working at Mesón Estrella at the time. I also contributed to the creation of emotional cartography, aimed at highlighting the presence of the migrant community within the shelter and the challenges they face throughout their journey, emphasizing the emotional experiences derived from the migration process.

Servicio social en el Instituto de Investigación Social de la UANL, donde participé en la corrección y revisión gramatical de artículos científicos del instituto para su publicación, así como en la realización de tareas administrativas dentro del Repositorio Académico Digital. During my exchange semester, I had the opportunity to study at Universidad San Sebastián in Santiago, Chile, where I actively participated in Leadership and Social Development programs through the “Yo Líder” initiative. As part of this program, I contributed to the renovation of a kindergarten within the local community.
