-Perform market mapping to identify potential candidates within the sector or related industries. -Actively participate in the full recruitment process — from profile briefing to final offer stage. -Conduct proactive searches (headhunting) through specialized platforms and professional networks. -Identify potential candidates based on criteria defined by the internal client or hiring manager. -Track and manage each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring traceability and timely delivery. -Participate in both in-person and virtual interviews. -Administer, score, and interpret psychological or psychometric assessments. -Prepare psychological assessment reports with recommendations aligned to the required profile.

-Carry out recruitment and selection processes as assigned (from profile gathering to process closure). -In charge of welcoming and onboarding new hires at the Lima corporate office. -Coordinate logistics for HR events, including follow-up with vendors. -Provide support in Employer Branding activities through coordination with institutions, universities, and participation in job fairs. -Keep processes, procedures, and materials used by the area up to date. -Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries related to the area’s activities.

-Execute end-to-end talent attraction processes, ensuring the selection of the most suitable candidates for each position. -Propose initiatives to optimize talent acquisition processes. -Coordinate and validate key aspects with HR Generalists and Team Leaders. -Advise Leaders to support effective hiring decisions.
