I am a Corporate Communications specialist with over seven years of experience at Dentsply Sirona, a global leader in dental solutions. In my current role, I am responsible for internal and external communications in Latin America, creating and implementing strategic concepts that align the company’s culture, brand, and objectives. I am part of the global team, supporting the regional staff and establishing relationships with the press, stakeholders, and employees, while assisting business units with innovative and effective communication measures. Additionally, I act as a global interface for internal departments such as Corporate Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, and more. I hold an MBA in Digital Media and Business Intelligence from ESPM, where I developed skills in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Paid Media, Inbound Marketing, and Data Analysis. I also have a postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, where I enhanced my knowledge in Internal Communication, Internal Marketing, Public Relations, and cultural projects. One of my passions is sustainability and social impact, which is why I engage in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives within the company and the community. My mission is to contribute to the growth and transformation of the organizations I work with, using communication as a strategic and differentiating tool.
