The infectious Diseases Epidemiology Surveillance Division Manager position required experience as Infectious Diseases Senior Epidemiologist and duties as division manager. As Senior Epidemiologist and program manager, the Border Infectious Disease Surveillance (BIDS) officer is responsible for infectious diseases surveillance at the Arizona Sonora border region. The position was also the liaison for binational communication with Health authorities in Sonora, Mexico regarding communicable diseases and health collaboration across the border, including outbreak detection, binational cases investigations and follow up across jurisdictions, including collaboration with local and tribal health departments.
